Qualification: 10+2 in any disciplines. 

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in working with community on social development.

                     Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is preferable.

Age: Age limit 18 - 40 years as on 1.4.2021. Age relaxation for eligible candidates is admissible as per extant norms. 

Contractual Remuneration: 

Contract Period for 1 year. 

 Rs. 10,000/- per month (Consolidated). 

Application Fee: No application fees is required. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in interview/viva-voce test. 

Selection Procedure: 

1) On the basis of the application, only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/vivavoce test. 

2) The candidates who will be called for interview/viva-voce test must bring all original certificates and marksheets alongwith two sets of self attested photocopies.

The list of documents are as follows: 

i) Certificate / Admit Card of Madhyamik for Ageproof. 

ii) Marksheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination. 

iii) Certificate & Marksheet of Higher Secondary or equivalent examination.

iv) Certificate & Marksheet of Graduation and PG. 

v) Certificate & Marksheet of any other qualification. 

vi) Certificate of working experience issued by Competent Authoriry. 

vii) Original Interview Call Letter. 

viii) One Copy of Printout of the Application Form. 

ix) Original & Self Attested Photocopy of Identity Proof (e.g. Aadhar, Pan etc.) 

x) Two coloured Passport Size Photographs.

Eligibility: 

Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Education Qualification:  Candidates should possess matriculation or 10th pass from any recognized university or board. 

Scheme of Examination: 

Exam Type: The Computer based examination will consist of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks. 

Subject:  General Intelligance & Reasoning = 25 Marks

                General Knowledge & General Awareness = 25 Marks

                 Elementary Mathematics = 25 Marks

                 English / Hindi = 25 Marks

Exam Duration: 90 minutes. 

After passed CBT the Candidate have to be passed more three test. 

1. Physical Efficiency Test -- Race (5 km. in 24 minutes for Male & 1.6 km. in 8.5 minutes for Female) 
2. Physical Standard Test -- Height (Male 170 cms. / Female 157 cms.) : Chest only for Male (unexpanded 80 cms., min. expanded 5 cms.) : Weight (Proportionate to height & as per medical Standards)

3. After successfully fillup the application pay the fees through online or offline via SBI Challan.
